During South Africa’s covid lockdown, Beau’s Winemaker Megan van der Merwe went a little stir crazy.

She started throwing mad grape varietals in with each other and creating something that was only supposed to be a one-off.

But it was really rather good. Defied taste notes, infinitely layered.
