Before Winedrops, I ran a company called Banquist. We did Michelin Star cooking experiences.

We worked with Michelin Star chefs to produce these knives - but didn't get round to selling many because Winedrops took off.

This Gyuto is made from 67 layers of Japanese Steel. It's weighty, and that's when you know a knife is pure quality.
