This is the top shelf wine from Bacco Estate in South Africa - a wine that only the most precise of viticultures can achieve.

First, we start with hand harvesting only the best grapes, trimming away berries that aren't perfectly formed.

They are then double sorted (again by hand), and cold-soaked to extract those silky tanins, flavour, and colour. Maturation in new oak is the final flourish on this gorgeous wine.

Bursting with flavours we expect from flashy new world wine - but all held in balance, with nothing singing too loudly over the rest of the choir.
