Altavins Ilercavonia Branco is a 100 % Garnacha Blanca from the Terra Alta DO in Catalonia, Spain.
It shows a golden-yellow hue with greenish tones and opens with complex aromas of pineapple and mango, alongside hints of apple and apricot.
On the palate, it is unctuous, long, and persistent, finishing with floral and fresh mint notes.
Even if the suns not out right now, this will get you prepped for its return!

Very good, easy to drink white.
Really lovely for the money.
Immediately comes across as very light fresh white. Saline and minerally, lemon, apricot or peaches and some floral notes. Good mouthfeel and decently long finish.
As it warms up with a bit of time there's more tropical fruit particularly on the nose.
Really enjoy this style - Pretty much what you'd expect from Catalan white.. can't really go wrong fo under £15.
