David Levasseur is a steadfast nonconformist. He experiments with the differences in terroir around his family home, focusing on the soil much more than other champagne houses.

The tiny-batch Noir de Terroir is ‘inconceivable brilliance in a bottle’. Made with 100% Pinot Noir and shows distinctive Strawberry, redcurrant and Nectarine fruit on the nose.

Tasting of honey toasted oats, quince and raspberry this has a seam of acidity running down to a dry and lime zested ending.
