Clare Valley is my go-to for Riesling - forget about Alsace, Mosel, Nahe...I'm headed to Australia.

It's got the whole thing on a knife edge. Yes, there's bright, crisp acidity. But there's also refreshing stone fruit, distinctive minerality, and hints of spice.

I'm yet to be disappointed, and I'm glad Adelina was able to keep up the strong vein of form. This really is the best of the Clare Valley Rieslings, bringing to bear the zippy acidity but also layered complexity we love on the style.

One of the those wines that the buying team mean only to taste, and before we know it, the bottle has been deleted.
