How do I know? Because I know we both like the same type of white wines.

Dry, saline and crisp, with lemony, fleshy stone fruit and tongue-tingling minerality.

So here, you go, a special wine from an old vinyeard in Vital, on a west-facing slope in the middle of Serra de Montejunto, in what is an iconic terroir for the expression of the grape variety.

Matured in a cement egg, it preserves the fruit associated with the variety and reveals a unique texture and complexity.

Last I checked, you can't get this in the UK - it's selling fro 20-30eur in Portugal so it would definitely sell for more than that in the UK.
