Tezza are third-generation growers in Valpantena, the only recognised cru of the entire Valpolicella denomination. Every grape is harvested by hand and then dried slowly for months in a loft. Appassimento. This concentrates the sugar, the tannin, the EVERYTHING. The result goes into barrel for four years before you get near it. Vivino drinkers gave it 4.1 and for this price, it is a STEAL!!!
