Marlborough does one thing and it does it better than anywhere on earth. Passionfruit, gooseberry, lemongrass. That citrus zip that no Sancerre wine can quite replicate at this price. It's a style so good the rest of the world spent thirty years trying to copy it and still can't. The secret is in the winemaking. No oak. Stainless steel only. Grapes picked in the cool of the morning before the heat kills the aromatics. You get the pure stuff. Under a tenner. Drink it cold. Drink it soon!!!
