Domaine Schoffit , Riesling Tradition, 2022

Domaine Schoffit is an historic and family-run Alsatian powerhouse, justly famed for their pioneering work on the impossibly steep, volcanic slopes of the Grand Cru Rangen de Thann.

This 'Tradition' cuvée, however, draws its pure character from the Riesling grape grown on the gravelly, alluvial soils of the Harth vineyard near Colmar—a unique terroir that imparts a superb balance of richness and precision.

The 2022 vintage was a classic, generous year in Alsace, delivering beautifully ripe fruit concentration while retaining the region’s signature freshness and vibrant acidity.
