This is the first wine I've seen of its kind.

The wine is formulated using batches of grapes harvested at 3 different times.

First, you've got the grapes picked early - full of a fresh tang - fermented in small barrels for the distinctive almond note.

Second, the ripe grapes bringing the backbone of the flavour profile. Stone fruit and florals.

Third, the grapes picked late - adding texture, richness, and body.

When we talk about wines being 'layered', it's more of a metaphor. However, in the case of Crisio, it's quite literally true.
